  • As I am a one woman show, please give me 14 days to prepare your order for shipping. For artwork outside the standard sizes I will get back to you, if I need longer for special packaging. Shipping within Europe, please allow 10 working days for delivery from date of shipment. For deliveries outside the Eurozone 14 - 25 working days. Please select shipping preference at checkout. Unfortunately, I do not have any control over delays due to customs.

    International buyers, please note that shipping charges may vary from the amount you pay at checkout.

    Right now, shipping costs are calculated as a flat rate at checkout based on package weight and distance. If there is any discrepancy -/+ we will let you know via email.

  • Original artwork will be packed flat. I make sure all artwork is wrapped thoroughly and safe for shipping. Which includes waterproof foil and usually a wooden panel.

  • Please go to disclaimer & Widerruf section in footer. I request you to review the product carefully before purchase. If you have any queries you may send me an email at hello@mariaernstart.com.

  • I create original paintings as often as possible and release them in collections on my website. This will be well advertised before hand via social media, my blog, and mailing list. Make sure to sign up to get notified in time. These paintings tend to go pretty quickly, so be sure to be prompt! Originals will be available here.

  • Postage is calculated at the checkout and varies depending on the contents of your order and the destination of the delivery. Tracking number will be provided

  • Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Please note that international customers are responsible for duties and taxes in the destination country, Tanja Maria Ernst cannot estimate or cover duties or customs on international shipping. If you select shipping without tracking, Tanja Maria Ernst will not be liable for the cost for damaged or lost artwork.

  • Please keep in mind that the colors of artworks might differ from those onscreen. We try to capture the colors precisely but any monitor is calibrated differently. The way the artwork leaves the studio is the way I intended it to be.

  • I work on different paper qualities, which are shown in the artwork description. All papers are usually acid free and of best artist pro quality. But paper is a nature product and will show bleaching and yellowing over long time stretches. Please take into consideration that paper should not be exposed to full sunlight, or hung over a heater and it should be framed with UV blocking glass. Obviously all media used such as inks, watercolors, acrylics etc. are lightfast and of best quality. Original artworks are unique pieces of art, signed, titled and dated.

  • Right now I do not offer fine art prints.

  • When you purchase an artwork, you become the owner of the physical piece. The copyright remains with Tanja Maria Ernst. You may not rework or reproduce the image without written consent of Tanja Maria Ernst.

  • All the artworks are packaged carefully with utmost care. However, in a rare chance they arrive damaged, you can share photographs of the damage to me within 5 days of delivery and you can return the artwork. After arrival, I will then initiate the refund. You can mail me at hello@mariaernstart.com. Please inform us before returning any items.

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the artwork in their original condition and packaging within 14 days. The buyer must assume the cost of the return postage.

    Make sure to include contact information with the return and provide us with a tracking number. We will make a refund of eligible returns after receiving and checking the condition of the returned goods. If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. We are NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. Contact us: hello@mariaernstart.com.
